One Asset I Forgot

So there are actually two assets I forgot to mention.

1) I am about to graduate (next May) with a Ph.D from Harvard.

2) I have saved 7000 for my daughter's college education.

So, I have significant human capital. Now I just need to get paid for it.
I also have made a good start on my daughter's college fund, and I have 16 years left to work on it.

So congratulations to me!
